Nguyen Phuong Thao made a presentation called “A review of chatbot - supported language learning” (“Evaluation of software that supports Chatbot language learning”). Chatbot is a simple tool and maximizes effectiveness if there is an interaction between lecturer-student and student-student (including group and pair interaction). Teachers need to combine forms to improve teaching effectiveness flexibly.

Ho Hai Tien presented the report “A review of learning and testing materials in the Listening 2 course with Hybrid Learning” (“Evaluating learning and testing materials in the Listening 2 module with blended learning method”). He also reported the results of the students’ survey on listening learning materials and the application Quilgo during the online test.
