Vị trí tuyển dụng: 

1. Test Process and Equipment Engineer Intern (TE)

- Empowered to lead critical resolution of operational needs for the Assembly process and equipment;

- Optimize advance process control systems to detect signals and automate containment;

- Define maintenance procedures, engage and partner with technicians and manufacturing teams to maintain equipment meeting highest standards;

- Discover and enable new breakthroughs process and equipment improvements;

- Engage and lead new technology and product transfers and integration.

2. AI Intern Engineer for Assembly Department (AE)

- Applies predictive modeling, statistics, and other techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data;

- Organizes and interprets data, detects anomalies, and corrects issues;

- Performs descriptive analysis, creates visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making;

- Troubleshoots services using analytical platforms, commercial tools, and custom scripts. ✓ Designs and optimizes AI/ML and deep learning frameworks; contributes to data science R&D and product development;

- Develops methods to consolidate and analyze big data, establishing standards for modeling, coding, and experimentation;

- Collects and compiles data from various sources, partnering with technical staff when needed;

- Ensures models are scalable and implementable across client solutions.

3. Equipment Engineering Intern (TEGT)

- Managing test equipment and hardware, ensuring optimal functionality and availability;

-  Innovating and developing advanced processes for handling equipment, while establishing clear process requirements and specifications;

- Assessing, improving, and optimizing processing techniques and methods used in high-volume manufacturing settings, ensuring safety and quality standards are met;

- Providing expert technical support to manufacturing operations, aiding in the resolution of complex issues through comprehensive analysis of variable factors;

- Collaborating closely with peers and manufacturing teams to uphold equipment maintenance standards, focusing on metrics such as Equipment Mean Time Between Alarm (MTBA), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), as well as driving productivity and automation enhancements;

- Attending training sessions to learn the best practices from Assembly Test and Packaging network in automation and equipment fields;

- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement.

4. Data Analyst Intern for Manufacturing (MFG)

- Support project coordination activities such as inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, and process documentation;

- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to improve operational transparency and decision-making;

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies or best practices in automation and compliance management;

- Develop and maintain process documentation and knowledge-sharing materials;

- Participate in team engagement and improvement activities, including organizing or co-leading a small team event;

- Deliver at least two process improvement proposals and maintain consistent reporting quality during the internship.

5. Module Engineer Intern (AF)

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;

- English Skills: Ability to explain technical ideas clearly in English;

- Coursework or experience in statistics, machine learning, data structures/ algorithms, and database fundamentals;

- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikitlearn) and SQL;

- Familiarity with one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow);

- Basic understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)/ ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) concepts and data modeling (star/snowflake);

- Clear communication; ability to document work and present technical findingip.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Test Process and Equipment Engineer Intern (TE)

- Third -year or Final-year student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering , Data Visualization, Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Material Science and/ or related majors. ✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

- Familiar with data analysis using programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. is an advantage;

- Be able to work onsite for 4 days per week;

- Be able to commit to at least a 6-month internship program.

2. AI Intern Engineer for Assembly Department (AE)

- Basic programming (Python, SQL or C++) and web apps development;

- Willingness to learn and train LLM, VLM model, image analysis or generative AI, agent AI;

-  Analytical thinking, problem-solving, good communication and teamwork;

- Preferred final year student candidate, part time work at least 3 days onsite (24 hours per week).

3. Equipment Engineering Intern (TEGT)

- Final year university student who is pursuing bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial and/or other relevant technical or engineering discipline;

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

- Familiar with data analysis using programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. is an advantage;

- Able to work onsite for a minimum of 4 days per week.

4. Data Analyst Intern for Manufacturing (MFG)

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field;

- Familiar with data analysis using programming languages (such as SQL, Python, etc.).;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage);

- Be able to work onsite for 4 days per week;

- Be able to commit to at least a 6-month internship program;

- Familiarity with data visualization or automation tools (RPA, web browser automation, etc.).

5. Module Engineer Intern (AF)

- Third -year or Final-year student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Control, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Metrology, Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or related majors;

- Familiar with data analysis using programming languages (such as SQL, Python, etc.);

- Be able to work onsite for 4 days per week;

- Be able to commit to at least a 6-month internship program.
