Our expectation from you:
IT Students of 3^rd and 4^th year with the below skillsets would be qualified for our training program:

Smart, proactive, hungry for learning and practicing
A logical, analytical and creative approach to troubleshooting.
Being able to communicate and create documents in English.
Has basic knowledge of the following network protocols:
- IPv4
- Network switching: STP, MPLS.
- Network Routing: OSPF, BGP
Any hands-on experience with equipment from the following vendors is a plus: Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Juniper, Huawei.

What we train you in:

Learn and practice in Service Operation of ITIL Framework.
Trained in multi-national team.
Hands on with various complex Enterprise level Network technologies and equipment.

What you will achieve:

Be able to see, learn, and apply the latest computer networking technologies on equipment from various vendors.
Understand Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management in the scope of Service Operation, ITIL Framework
After 10 weeks training, you will have an opportunity to become our staff if you achieve great performance.
Monthly training allowance: 4.000.000 VND
Free parking.
