Lecturers and students discussed about the internship program
It is known that the internship program is a regularly organized activity to help VJIT students accumulate knowledge and practical work experience in Japan. Accordingly, 11 VJIT students shared their own experiences after their time working and living in Japan, bringing the students a variety of job opportunities, cultural interactions with international friends, and useful experiences concerning the working style of the Japanese. Besides, they also encountered many difficulties due to language and cultural barriers, which required the students to adapt and learn from the new working environment.
VJIT-ers are armed with readiness to work in an international environment
The internship program in Japan was valuable for VJIT students, helping the participants to acquire additional working experience, enhance their language skills, and gain self-confidence in future career pursuits. This opportunity serves to develop the potential for the younger generation to succeed in an international environment.
