The Center for Information Technology Management is assigned with the following tasks:

Monitor and manage the e-portal; devise plans and propose improvements for the university's IT infrastructure.

Ensure that the university's information is fully protected against unauthorized access.

Support other departments in accessing data from the university's e-portal.

Provide IT support across HUTECH campuses; collaborate with other departments to enhance the university's online presence, such as its website, forums, and social media platforms.

Assist in organizing the university's promotional events on media platforms, providing IT support for these events.

Develop, improve and expand IT applications for the management of training, administration, human resources, finance, communications, and other areas; devise plans and process software development requests; comply with other directives from the Board of Presidents and the University.
