The Department of Finance is responsible for two key areas: financial management and tuition administration.
In financial management, the department ensures compliance with accounting and tax regulations, oversees revenue and expenditure in line with legal provisions and the institution's internal guidelines, and provides counsel to the Board of Directors and the Board of Presidents of the institution on matters of tuition, investment, and financial strategies.
Regarding tuition policy, the department engages in communication with students and parents about tuition matters, disseminates information on tuition policies, scholarships, and related benefits, manages the collection and updating of tuition fees, addresses payment discrepancies, issues financial invoices upon payment confirmation, and handles inquiries concerning tuition fee renewals and withdrawals.
