Department of International Cooperation & Project Management

The Department of International Cooperation & Project Management, under the Board of Presidents, is an advisory body supporting the President in managing international projects and enhancing commercial activities. Its functions include:

Overseeing and managing international programs and projects.
Leading the research, coordination, and developing presentation for international projects.
Overseeing and managing technology transfer and commercialization projects.
Developing procedures and processes to guide and advise financial mechanisms to support staff, teachers, and students in implementing technology transfer and commercialization projects.
Establishing councils to evaluate projects, products, and technologies of staff, teachers, and students with potential for commercialization.
Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with domestic and foreign organizations to support technology transfer, cooperation, and commercialization activities.
Coordinating with the Department of Student Affairs to support student start-up activities, thereby developing an innovation ecosystem and commercialization.
