Department of Facilities Management

The Department of Facilities Management was established on January 19, 2000, according to Decision No. 24/DKC by the President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. This department was one of the first functional departments established at the university to handle the following responsibilities: planning and managing facilities, purchasing equipment, and maintaining equipment to support research, teaching, learning, and other university activities.
 
The department's organizational structure includes the Office Group, the Drivers Group, the Technical Group, the Printing Group, the Security Group, the Hygiene and Environment Group, and the Parking Group. Each campus has a dedicated management team and staff members, who are part of the Department of Facilities Management.
