HUTECH successfully signs a cooperation agreement with Dong Phuong Group

On October 15, 2015, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and Tam Nhan Duc Trading - Service Co., Ltd (Dong Phuong Group) signed a cooperation agreement opening up many practical learning and internships as well as employment opportunities for students majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
The signing ceremony took place at the Adora Wedding Convention Center (Go Vap District) with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam - Vice President of HUTECH, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang Viet - Vice President of HUTECH, Dr. Nguyen Quyet Thang - Dean of Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management along with several leaders of different faculties and institutes within the university. On the side of Dong Phuong Group, there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nhan - Director, Mr. Bui Thanh Luong - Managing Director, Mr. Phan Minh Hoang - Director of Human Resources and heads of relevant departments.

Both parties approved many terms and conditions before the signing ceremony
HUTECH students will participate in the Enterprise Internship Semester at convention centers and restaurants under Dong Phuong Group starting from the 2015-2016 school year
Leading up to the signing of the cooperation agreement between HUTECH and Dong Phuong Group, both sides have approved several terms and conditions related to the cooperation. Accordingly, Dong Phuong Group will support HUTECH in organizing internship recruitment and employment for students at the conference and event centers within its system. In addition, students will have the opportunity to receive professional guidance, hone their skills, learn about professionalism and working styles in the F&B industry. Furthermore, both sides will cooperate in organizing the Enterprise Semester and other internship-related activities to help "standardize" a team of high-quality human resources from HUTECH before officially entering the labor market.
