International Friendship and Cultural exchange program with Capilano University students (Canada)

A delegation of 20 students and 2 professors from Capilano University- Canada had a cultural exchange visit with Hutech students on February 22nd, 2012.

At the meeting, Doctor Bui Xuan Lam, Hutech vice rector gave an introduction speech about Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology. He also enhanced the long term cooperation between Hutech and Capilano as well as the friendship between the two countries people. On the occasion, Hutech and Capilano exchanged the souvenir gifts and expressed appreciation for the visit.

The cultural exchange meeting is an oppotunity for students from both universities to exchange Canadian and Vietnamese traditional culture, life and customs . Especially , they are interested to share their point of view on the teaching methods and learning environment of each university.

The Capilano University Delegation had a campus tour and discovered many differences between Canadian University and Vietnamese University. Finally, they leaved Hutech with the wishes to come back again.
