Celebrating 17th years - Ho Chi minh city University of Technology

In the morning of April 21^st Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) celebrated its 17th anniversary (4/26/1995 - 04/26/2012) with presenting by special guests including Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, a Member of Central Party Committee, the Deputy Ho Chi Minh City Party Secretary,  Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Kieu - Deputy  Head of Propaganda Division of Ho Chi Minh City Party,  Mr. Do Quoc Anh - Director General, Director of MOET Ho Chi Minh Representative Office, and Mr. Pham  Thien Kha - Deputy Secretary of City Party Units  of the universities & colleges.

For 17 years of construction and development, HUTECH has become a university with multidisciplinary, multi-level study and provides high quality labor resources for the society. Many graduated students became successful and key positions in corporates and state agencies.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha awarded certificates of merit to University Leader and Head of Scientific Research Department

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has awarded merit certificates to School Party for having made outstanding achievements of youth year 2011, contributing to the city activities and merit certificate to Scientific Research Department for outstanding achievements of award "Students' Eureka" during 2009-2011. The Ministry of Education and training recognized excellent working team in school year of 2010-2011 for Environmental Sciences and Biotechnology departments, and also recognized best  staffs and staffs of the year for Hutech staffs, faculties who have successfully completed the task of the year 2010-2011.

On this occasion, Hutech staffs and faculties awarded awarded VND 500,000,000 for scholarship fund in the 2011-2012 raising the fund to 1.5 billion. Learning  Encouragement Fund is nurtured  dream of students, who have financial difficulties but high studying records.
