1	Storage Engineer	01	Strong background with Storage and Backup Technologies • Working knowledge of core network, compute and storage technologies in large-scale deployments • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing support to enterprise level clients • Appropriate certifications or experience in core technology platforms o 2 or more Storage Technologies o 2 or more Backup Technologies o 1 or more SAN Technologies • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with a variety of SAN, NAS, and tape technologies: o HP 3PAR / EVA / MSA Storage Platforms o IBM SVC / V-Series Storage Platforms o EMC VNX o NetApp FAS o Storage Area Networks (Brocade/Cisco/Qlogic) o Netbackup o IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) o HP Data Protector o IBM / HP / Quantum Tape Libraries o Experience administration LINUX, Solaris,Oracle databases, Exadata, ODA,ZFS o Experience with VMWare (ESX, ESXi, VCenter) • Ability to troubleshoot as part of a team for complex, technical, multi-site and multi-disciplinary problems and incidents • Knowledge of data protection concepts and systems, with the ability to implement those principles • Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery concepts and methods of action • Ability to provision Backup, SAN, NAS, DAS, and scale out storage systems • Proven ability to troubleshoot SAN Performance issues • Review capacity and system performance data, predicting trends and potential issues • Good English communications skills, both oral and written. Ideally, experience of working for an international company with travel to and from Vietnam • Customer facing experience as you will be working with technical, process and customer facing documentation. • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred • Experience of working in a multi-client solutions provider • Technical knowledge of MS Directory Services, Exchange, VMWare and core infrastructure technologies, backed with practical experience in a corporate environment preferably serving customers • ITIL knowledge/accreditation specialising around operational Incident/Problem and change management. 2	Infrastructure Engineer	01	Strong background with core network and compute technologies in large-scale deployments - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience providing support to enterprise level clients in at least TWO of the below numbered Infrastructure areas - Advanced technical knowledge of virtualization technologies (vCenter, vSphere, ESXi, DRS, vMotion, HA, FT, SRM, SCVMM) - Solid technical knowledge of End User VDI and virtualization technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, VMware Horizon, VMware View, Netscaler, App-V, AppSense, CAG, CSG, EdgeSite, Director, PVS/MCS, Thin Clients) - Advanced technical Knowledge and hands on experience in the below technologies or variants of in an enterprise level support environment: + Microsoft server products (Windows 2003 to 2012 R2) + Microsoft AD (Active Directory) and integrated elements/technologies such as DNS, GPO, DHCP, AD DS and RBAC, DFS, DFSR Azure, AWS technical support + SCCM including patch management, build image and application deployment + Anti-Virus solutions with key products being McAfee & Symantec + Web Filtering products (WebSense/Symantec/TMG/etc.) + Endpoint Encryption products + Server Hardware Support (HP/IBM/Dell/Cisco) + Advanced technical knowledge of Exchange technologies (Exchange, Office 365, ISA / TMG / Forefront, Symantec EV, Mimecast, Websense) - Document new and existing processes - Customer facing experience as you will be working with technical, process and customer facing documentation. 3	Developer	01	Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform gained in either an MSP or Partner environment. - Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented and modularized software - Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages - 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise software and/or building web services at scale - Expertise in unit and integration test automation - Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks - Experience with coding and diagnosing problematic SQL - Familiarity with Unix shell and source control systems and tools such as git, maven and ant Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes - You must have a passion to identify root cause, solve complex problems and write high quality software	Working hour Work in District 7
