NOC Operator
Created in 2002 in France, IPSIP Group is growing its services’ branch starting from the installation of tailored data
centers to the complete monitoring and remote management of a whole IT infrastructure. More than simply
providing customized data centers, the group is now offering a complete panel of IT solutions, including 24/7/365
remote monitoring via their Network Operations Center (NOC), IT infrastructure audit and consulting, development
of business solutions etc.
Job Description:
● Operate our customer environments following predefined procedures
● Detect and classify issues according to their severity
● Mitigate issues when mitigation processes exist
● Escalate issues not covered by procedures and do the follow up until resolution
● Report abnormal events during your shift
● Sharing 24/7 rotation as part of the team
● Example of potential evolution: propose new procedures and participate to their
documentation, gaining autonomy on the treatment of “non-covered by processes” incident, ...
Job Requirements:
● English TOEIC 700 or equivalent. French / Japanese are a plus;
● Ability to follow thoroughly procedures;
● Ability to quickly provide a summary of the facts;
● Ability to share load with team members when an incident occur
● Having experience working in a production environment is a plus
