Job Description
Build and manage relationships with current and potential partners.
Negotiate and execute partnership contracts and agreements.
Identify, evaluate, and select partners that align with the company's business strategy.
Position and build the company's brand image in partnership activities.
Propose and implement new initiatives and strategies to enhance partnership relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to define partnership objectives and develop partnership strategies.
Plan and participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to meet and establish relationships with new partners.
Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetups.

Requirements
Major in Business Administration, Marketing or other related majors.
Having experience in business development or partnerships roles at a technology or financial services company is a plus.
Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Blockchain/Cryptocurrency.
Proficient in English (all four skills).
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
Organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently.

Job Description
Interact with the project's user community through social media channels.
Assist customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Provide technical support and assistance to users in understanding product usage.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with the Community team and Designers to complete assigned tasks.
Propose process and service improvements based on customer feedback.
Get to know customers' needs and forward related information to marketing team.
Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations in handling customer information and protecting privacy.
Analyze feedback from customers and report to the Manager for improving services and quality.
Support/ report directly to the Manager for other tasks.

Requirements
Education: University degree in English, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales, etc... are preferable
Have excellent writing & reporting skills.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Description
Collaborate with Content Writers to ideate and design content-related products such as infographics, banners, covers, magazines, etc.
Generate ideas and design communication materials for websites, landing pages, social media platforms, online-offline events, and other marketing collateral.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and align with the GFI brand. Maintain consistency in brand/message throughout marketing campaigns.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs, as necessary.
Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Work closely with the marketing team to support their design needs, such as creating graphics for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other industry-standard software.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
