Tổng quan công việc:

TPS Software – môi trường đào tạo thực tế cho các bạn sinh viên sắp và đã tốt nghiệp có cơ hội trau dồi và phát triển những kỹ năng cũng như kiến thức về lĩnh vực Công Nghệ một cách chuyên sâu để có thể xây dựng và triển khai các sản phẩm phần mềm một cách bài bản và hữu ích.

Chương trình “TPS Foundation Training Program 2024” của TPS Software được tổ chức hằng năm,nhằm tạo ra các cơ hội nghề nghiệp tuyệt vời dành cho các bạn sinh viên mong muốn trở thành một lập trình viên hoặc được làm việc trong các vai trò liên quan về lĩnh vực Công Nghệ Thông Tin. Tham gia vào chương trình “TPS Foundation Training Program”, các bạn sẽ được trải nghiệm làm việc thực tế với những chuyên gia hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực IT cũng như sẽ được "đào tạo", và tự “tôi luyện” các kỹ năng để trở thành những nhà sáng tạo công nghệ tương lai.

Mô tả công việc: 

• JAVA DEVELOPER: Participate in all phases of the development life-cycle, Develop well designed, efficient source code, conduct unit test and automation test as well, Perform bugs fixing, maintaining, enhancement of existing web modules, Involve in team’s discussion to find solutions for new requirements, Other tasks by manager.

• PYTHON DEVELOPER: Take participant in building up back-end for our products by using Python and related technologies, Analyze product requirements and specifications to create, communicate, and implement the technical design, Responsible for writing code, implementing unit test to ensure the functionality, Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization, Perform bugs fixing, maintaining, enhancement of existing web modules, Involve in team’s discussion to find solutions for new requirements, Other tasks by manager.

• JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPER (REACTJS, VUEJS, NODEJS): Contribute in all phases of software development life cycle, Write well designed, testable, efficient source code, Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications, Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Involve in team’s discussion to find solutions for new requirements, Other tasks by manager

• PHP DEVELOPER: Work with teammates and leader to estimate and plan for projects, Develop clean and well-designed object-oriented PHP as well as efficient SQL, Participate in all phases of software development including design document, provide technical solution, coding, review source code and conduct unit test, Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality, Other tasks by manager

• BUSINESS ANALYST: Attend requirement daily meeting with customer to understand the business, Break down the requirement to user stories with Acceptance Criteria, Join scrum team grooming to explain user stories for developers, Collaborate with internal teams to conduct UAT and release product features to client, Conduct sprint review with customer by demo the completed features, Provide and consult solutions matched with customer’s business, Report directly to supervisor or PM, Other tasks by manager

• BRIDGE SYSTEM ENGINEER: Analyze requirements, discuss with technical team to propose solutions, estimates for customers, Discuss with customers via phone, web meetings, about questions and issues which are related to the project on ticket system, Work with mentor and teammates to monitor, control, report the project status and the progress to customers, Verify output to ensure quality, Translate design details and test cases from Japanese to English or vice versa, Other tasks by manager

• DATA ENGINEER: Take part in building out scalable and reliable ETL, data pipelines and processes to ingest data from a large number and variety of data sources, Learn about big data stacks such as Spark, Hadoop, Data Pipeline, Build, deploy and manage big data solutions that can adequately handle the needs of a rapidly growing data, Create benchmark, alert, and audit logs for the data system, Work with multiple Cloud Computing Platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Other tasks by manager

• AI ENGINEER: Implement machine learning models and algorithms to enhance the software’s predictive analytics and decision-making capabilities, Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to support AI model training, Debug and optimise AI functionalities, ensuring the software’s efficiency and accuracy, Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, Communicate with our business and technical teams to understand the analytics requirements, Respond and follow up to incorporate feedback and draw new insights, Participated in research projects, Other tasks by manager

Yêu cầu công việc: 

• Sinh viên năm cuối, hoặc sắp tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật phần mềm, Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính, Khoa toán-tin, Phân tích dữ liệu, Trí tuệ nhân tạo hoặc các ngành liên quan, sẵn sàng làm việc full-time;

• Có kiến thức nền tảng tốt về lập trình và thành thạo ít nhất một trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript (ReactJS, VueJS, NodeJS), TypeScript (AngularJS) hoặc có định hướng làm BA, BrSE, Data Engineer, AI Engineer.

• Nắm vững phương pháp phân tích thiết kế, lập trình hướng đối tượng và các design pattern

• Có tư duy logic tốt, khả năng tự nghiên cứu và giải quyết vấn đề độc lập hoặc theo nhóm

• Sẵn sàng chấp nhận thử thách và chịu áp lực công việc tốt

• Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật chuyên ngành tốt là một lợi thế

Ngoài ra, còn có thể tham gia các dự án thực tế và nhận task từ Leader/ Manager và tiến hành viết code, thực hiện Unit Test đồng thời được các Mentor/ Leader hỗ trợ review code để hướng dẫn cải thiện cách viết code sau này.
