Presented by the guest speaker Pham Thi Thuy Hang - Director Assistant of Winland joint stock Company, the talk show will begin at 8:30, on 11.06.2016, at B09.01 auditorium, HCMC University of Technology (HUTECH).
In the recent couple of years, M & A in the FMCG industry has been becoming more active, and always the hot "keyword" as it is a wave of strong investment, attracting the most massive foreign capital. Also in the scope of FMCG, due to the rising product consumption and the increasing market population FMCG has "automatically" become a promising sector for M & A activities. Therefore, in the future, after further integration, what will the development situation as well as the relationship between the FMCG sector and business Mergers and Acquisitions activities look like?
