According to Assoc. Prof. Vo Dinh Bay: “Nowadays, in the developed countries, cooperation between universities and businesses is an essential part and brings benefits directly to both sides, society and especially for leaners. However, the connection does still remain many difficulties and restriction in Viet Nam. For instance, misunderstanding and lack of information led to abundant human resources, but they could not meet the real needs of the businesses. Therefore, we must create a solid coherence between universities and businesses in the development and training of human resources to solve these problems”.
