On the evening of October 27, wine experts introduced students of HUTECH Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management to useful knowledge about premium drinks as well as the interesting facts about sommelier - a career trend chosen by many young people today.

The program was organized by the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in collaboration with HUTECH Center for Corporate Relations with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quyet Thang - Dean of the Faculty and Mr. Tran Quoc Thanh - wine specialist along with several lecturers and students majoring in Hotel Management.

Here, students had the opportunity to learn more about the process of winemaking, the factors that determine the quality of wine, famous brands available on the market today, how to classify, how to read labels, how to preserve, etc. The experts also especially emphasized how to choose suitable glasses for each type of wine, accessories to open each type of wine, rules for pouring wine, how to hold the wine glass and enjoy, how to choose food accompanying menu, etc.
