HUTECH Innovation Day 2018: An event honoring practical scientific values

On July 20, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HUTECH) held the biggest science and technology event of the year - HUTECH Innovation Day 2018 - gathering the participation of a large number of lecturers and students of the university along with representatives of companies, enterprises and other universities in Ho Chi Minh City.

Attending the conference, participants had the choice among the two main concurrent sessions, including Engineering - Technology Session and Economic - Social Science Session. The conference’s program provided an excellent opportunity for learning and exchange scientific knowledge among scholars and students who share the same passion for research.
HUTECH faculty, staff, and students contribute a large number of research papers in the 2018 Science and Technology Conference
The 2018 Science and Technology Conference and the Student Research Conference each had 153 research articles selected for this year’s conference proceedings. These articles represent a significant research effort of HUTECH faculty, lecturers, staff, students, as well as researchers from other universities who take part in this year’s conference.

In addition to academic events, the HUTECH Innovation Exhibition has been another highlight of the Festival. The fair is the venue for the display of outputs from student research and outputs from academic competitions. The exhibition includes eight information booths for enterprises and 15 exhibition booths from seven different Faculties and Institutes within HUTECH.
