HUTECH Faculty of Korean Studies welcomed Director of the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City

On April 22, 2024, the Faculty of Korean Studies of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) worked with the Director of Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City to propose educational and training collaboration plans, expanding Korean cultural exchange opportunities for students.

Attending the meeting were Dr. Bui Phan Anh Thu - Dean of the Department of Korean Studies, Ms. Khuong Thi Thanh - Vice Dean, and Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong - Vice Director of the Institute of International Education. Representatives of the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City included Mr. Kil Ho Jin - Director, Ms. Om Mi Young - Educational Specialist, Ms. Tran Nguyen Bao Khanh and Ms. Huyen Trang - Center Specialists.

Generally, the discussion revolved around future educational plans as well as international exchange projects between the two parties. In particular, Dr. Bui Phan Anh Thu briefly introduced HUTECH’s facilities, training programs, admission systems, and international cooperation programs. 

It is known that the upcoming collaborative project is proposed and implemented by the Departments of Education of Incheon, Chungbuk, Gyeongbuk, and Cheonan, aiming to provide an educational environment for students to experience, learn about culture, and engage in academic programs.
