On March 29th, the Faculty of Japanese Studies at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a meeting with representatives of the Consulate General of Japan.

Ms. Yumioka Haruna, in charge of the Education Sector at the Japan Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, visited HUTECH and the Faculty of Japanese Studies at this time.

The host’s welcoming delegation included Ms. Ho To Lien - Dean of Faculty of Japanese Studies; Mr. Sugiyama Hiroyuki - In charge of foreign affairs for Japanese Internships, Ms. Sugiyama Kikue - In charge of education and overseas’ studies, alongside lecturers of the Faculty.

To kick off, Ms. Yumioka Haruna expressed an interest in learning more about HUTECH's Japanese language training program as well as the currently-implemented international exchange activities, training programs, and internship programs of the Faculty of Japanese Studies. In response, Ms. Ho To Lien introduced some students who had participated and achieved good results in the Faculty's academic activities and internship programs.
