HUTECH Institute of Engineering students are thrilled to visit different enterprises as part of their Introductory course

Recently, the 2018 student cohort of the Institute of Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) took part in an interesting field trip to visit different enterprises. This is an integral part of the Introductory courses required for the Institute of Engineering's 2018 freshman cohort.

 

Several destinations on the field trip included Bui Van Ngo Company, Southern Motor and Agricultural Machinery Company, Hai Nam Electrical Panel Manufacturing Company, NIDEC Copal Precision Factory, My Xuan Unmanned Power Station Operation Center, and Ho Chi Minh City Heart Institute. These are all reputable organizations with close cooperation with HUTECH Institute of Engineering in both academic training and practical internship for students.

On this trip, HUTECH students not only learned about these different organizations and functions but also gained first-hand experience on the operation of equipment and machinery available at these enterprises.

The newbies of the 2018 freshman class have the opportunities to learn about the operating procedures and work environment at companies operating in the field of their interest

 

The opportunity to visit different enterprises through these field trips is an integral part of learning for the newbies of the 2018 freshman class to have a better grasp of their chosen majors and future careers. Having this experience, students are expected to feel more passionate about the subject knowledge and stay motivated in their studies.
