On September 29, students majoring in Food Technology major of HUTECH Institute of Applied Sciences had the chance to meet and interact with experts at the workshop titled “Technical Sales - Break Your Limits”.

The workshop also welcomed the presence of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoang - Director of MSA Company; Mr. Pham Quang Huy - Founder of CEFT Works; Dr. Nguyen Le Ha - Director of Institute of Applied Sciences along with many lecturers and students.

Through a story of the cake production process, the speaker provided a general overview of the term “technical sales” for the students. Accordingly, technical sales were not simply selling a specific product but a service, technology, equipment, and solution to other businesses or consumers.

The speakers introduced three popular sales models, including B2C - Business to Customer, B2B - Business to Business, and C2C - Customer to Customer. They also emphasized, “To provide good products and effective services for the customer, closely following a purchase procedure, then coming up with a corresponding customized sale procedure to achieve the best result”.

The Workshop also attracts the participation of many sales personnel from many companies
 
The experts also shared many experiences in understanding the psychology of customers and pointed out 10 challenges that students would face after joining the workforce. This was an opportunity for the students to explore their potentials and expand their future careers opportunities.
