Freshmen of the Environmental Engineering program explore their major through the first field trip

Recently, the freshmen of the 2019 cohort of the Environmental Engineering program from HUTECH Institute of Applied Sciences had their first exciting field trip, marking the exciting start to their study at the university.

Mr. Lam Vinh Son - Vice Director of the Institute accompanied the new students on this field trip. To prepare for the first year, the students got to see the workshop and laboratory system as well as the wastewater treatment model, waste classification model at HUTECH High-Quality Manpower Training Center (District 9) - a place that the students would spend most of their time during their study.

On this occasion, the freshmen also got a chance to have a deeper understanding of the 20-year history of the establishment and development of the Environmental Engineering program. Besides, students were also introduced to the necessary information about important skills to acquire, graduation requirements, learning methods, and future jobs opportunities, etc.
