On August 28, the Faculty of Law - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a seminar on the topic "Practical model of procedural law subjects" to improve the quality of training and skills for students majoring in economics law.

The seminar took place at the main campus of HUTECH - Dien Bien Phu
 
The seminar focused on exchanging issues around detailed practice models for the subjects of Administrative Procedure Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Procedure Law, and Legal Document Drafting Techniques. These practice models took five different formats, including Practice of multiple-choice procedural questions, Practice procedural skills, Practice consulting skills related to procedural issues, Practice dispute resolution skills related to commercial arbitration, Practice commercial skills, and other methods.

In addition, the seminar also developed a plan to put into use the Center for Research, Training, Consulting, and Practicing Law in the 2019-2020 academic year to create conditions for students to hone and practice their skills to meet future job requirements. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Duc said, “Not only do students acquire knowledge from the lecture hall, but also need to master their professional skills. Through engaging in these practice models, students can increase their interest in learning and passion for their chosen profession."
