Women's voleyball team of HUTECH gained bronze medal at the National Champion Cup for Students

The national student championship - Toyota cup final round competing at Phan Dinh Phung Sport House was officially closed on 08th Oct, 2011.
HUTECH team had two outstanding performances in this round when they defeated An Giang University team by 2 - 0 and Hanoi Agriculture University team by 3 - 2

In spite of endless effort shown by HUTECH team in the quarter final, they were finally defeated by the year champion - HCMC University of Education & Training team and held the third prize.
It's the Bronze Medal Prize that wins the pride & encouragement as well as hope for the higher achievement in the next competition as the team have participated in the final round with 12 most powerful teams from colleges & universities nationwide this time.

The national student championship competition 2011 is a significant sport event to upgrade the sport movement & sport spirit in colleges & universities. It's also a good opportunity to seek new excellent candidates for the local team & the national one.
Right after the game, Mr Do Gia Tuyen, HUTECH coach - approved by the school leaders - accepted the Vietnam Volleyball Federation invitation to be referee at the Vietnam International Beach Volleyball 2011. This is considered the pre-competition for Sea Games 26.
