Giving the speech in the Ceremony. Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Xuan Lam, vice Rector of HUTECH congratulated new coming students. He said that the first distance learning undergraduate program is conducting and supervising closely with the aim of supplying high qualities labor resource to the society.
