On May 15th, the Vietnam-Japan Institute of Technology (VJIT) of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) hosted a Closing Ceremony for the 5th VJIT student internship program in Japan. This is a chance for students to share their experiences after the internship in Japan.
Attending the event included Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung – Senior Vice Director of VJIT, Dr. Ha Minh Tuan – Vice Director, Mr. Nguyen Phuong Trinh – Director of IFK Translation And Education Company Limited, and other lecturers and employees of VJIT.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung congratulated the students for excellently completing the internships. Mr. Nguyen emphasized that the Internship program is a key feature of VJIT, which offers practical knowledge and experience in Japan for students of the Vietnam–Japan program.

At the event, 35 students of VJIT who took part in internships at Japanese corporations shared their journey in Japan. Although it was a great opportunity, there were still some difficulties such as language and cultural barriers, differences in particular customs, and other various factors. As a result, the students must adapt to a new environment and nourish their skills and independence.

Despite the challenges, VJIT students had a wonderful experience in Japan, which gave them a more vivid orientation for their future careers, connecting with international friends and studying the work spirit of Japanese.
