Board of judges - "weighs" the competition
Each participating team competed in two categories: cooking delicious Tet dishes and decorating Tet trays. In the cooking segment, each team prepared a dish with a typical Tet flavor from their respective region within 60 minutes. The teams made dishes that were associated with traditional New Year celebrations from the three regions of Vietnam, such as braised duck meat, stewed bitter melon soup, fried spring rolls, boiled chicken, bamboo shoot soup, and more.
