On July 22, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HUTECH) welcomed the visit of representatives from Pukyong National University (PKNU), South Korea. On this occasion, HUTECH and PKNU together signed a Memorandum of Understanding to initiate future cooperation between the two universities.
In welcoming the PKNU delegation, Dr. Bui Van The Vinh - Vice President of HUTECH greeted our guests along with leaders of HUTECH Institute of International Education, HUTECH Institute of Engineering, and Department of Science and Technology. As part of the visit, the formal exchange and discussion between representatives on both sides was followed by the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two universities.

Particularly, the two sides briefly discussed the organization of an international conference in collaboration between HUTECH, PKNU, Bach Kho University - VNU-HCMC, and Ton Duc Thang University. On this occasion, HUTECH and PKNU jointly signed a cooperation agreement to promote the exchange of professors and lecturers working on cross-program training and extensive cooperation in advanced scientific research of lecturers and students, expanding research topics and improving the teaching quality of the two universities.
This important cooperation opened up new opportunities for progress in training high-quality human resources, especially in the field of engineering programs for HUTECH and Pukyong National University in upcoming years.
