On December 26-27, the Institute of Applied Sciences, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a traditional camp “Among Us” at the Golden Scorpion Ecological Tourist Area (Dong Nai).

“To my future self…
Hello - Thien An of the future, do you remember your first outing during your university years? I don't think you have forgotten it because we made the most out of our time that day at the “Among us” Camp.

That day, I got up very early and felt pumped up. All my friends and I were exhilarated and expressed our excitement by singing songs together and participating in various camp activities.
This trip, for me, was a trip of many “first times”, including the first time learning to set up a tent, the first time knowing how to make a fire to cook rice without using an electric cooker, the first time overcoming obstacles set in the games, and also for the first time members of class 20DTYB1 spent time together.

We had a blast when participating in homegrown musical performances and acting like models in the fashion contest, dancing by the firelight, and playing the treasure hunt game. The presents that we received were just pieces of cake, but what was more important was the fact that we got a day being side by side and together overcoming challenges in the games. The most precious treasure we have got was our comradery and friendship.

My father used to say “Travel broadens the mind” and I achieved more than enough from the two-day trip with HUTECH Institute of Applied Sciences, which was a basket full of happiness and useful knowledge and skills!

I just want to reach out with a heartfelt thanks for the traditional camp “Among us” 2020 organized by HUTECH Institute of Applied Sciences as it has given me such meaningful and memorable memories.
On December 19-20, with the theme “Startup Wings”, more than 200 students of HUTECH Institute of Engineering had the opportunity to participate in a fascinating camp trip at Coco Beach Camps - Lagi (Binh Thuan).
On the morning of December 20, several camp activities were organized allowing students to practice their decoding and teamwork skills, as well as promoting entrepreneurial spirits in students through raising creative questions and sharing the startup journeys of experienced student entrepreneurs. |
