On November 14, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) received the gas chromatograph (GC) analysis equipment transferred from Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR).
The handover ceremony was held at the HUTECH Hi-tech Research Institute (with the presence of Mr. Kang Chang Min - CEO of KTR; Mr. Chang Jin - Director of Trade Promotion and Investment Korea - KOTRA.

From HUTECH, several representatives of the university’s leadership and heads of departments/institutes were present at the ceremony, including the members of the Board of Presidents, Director of HUTECH Institute of Applied Sciences, as well as lead faculties and lecturers of the university.

Gas chromatograph (GC) is an analytical device based on the application of chromatographic techniques to separate and determine the structure and quantification of substances in a mixture with high reliability in the field of engineering and technology with notable academic programs available at HUTECH, such as biomedical engineering, biotechnology, environmental engineering, food technology, etc.

On the same day, HUTECH lecturers and technicians also attended the training program on using and operating the gas chromatograph (GC) equipment with the instruction by Mr. Park Jun Ho in the role of the training expert.
