VJIT students provided with internship opportunities at Asean Carbusiness Career and Toyota Mobility Shiga Companies (Japan)

On March 21, 2024, Vietnam-Japan Institute of Technology of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) worked with Asean Carbusiness Career and Toyota Mobility Shiga Companies (Japan) to further discuss internship programs for VJIT students in the field of Engineering.
The program offered Engineering students international internship opportunities
Representatives of Toyota Mobility Shiga Company included Mr. Nobuyuki Kozawa - Director, Mr. Masatoshi Imamura - Operations Manager, Mr. Satoshi Kataoka - HR Manager, and Mr. Nguyen Minh Thuan - Specialist. For Asean Carbusiness Career Company, there were Mr. Daisuke Kawasaki - CEO along with Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice Director in charge of HUTECH VJIT.

Initially, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung briefly introduced some outstanding features of VJIT training programs, especially focusing on equipping students with specialized knowledge, skills, Japanese language, and corporate culture to meet the requirements of Japanese businesses.
Furthermore, students were given an overview of Toyota Mobility Shiga Company’s business sector, car maintenance work, working hours, Japanese language training regime, and corporate culture. Also, the company's representatives mentioned students' benefits, career prospects, and accommodations during their working period.
Afterwards, VJIT students applied for and were interviewed by corporate representatives to secure their internship slots at the desired companies. It was communicated that the ultimate results would be announced the following week.
