HUTECH welcomed Bangkok University (Thailand)

On February 21, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and Bangkok University (BU) discussed collaborating together to create numerous learning and exchange experiences for students of both universities.
Representatives of BU included Mr. Purat Osathanugrah - Rector and Mr. Sawit - BU Representative in Vietnam. For HUTECH representatives, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam - Vice Chairman, Dr. Ly Thien Trang - Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Chi Thang - Senior Vice Director of the Institute of International Education, Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong - Vice Director of the Institute of International Education, and Ms. Dinh Hai Yen - Director of the Center for International Cooperation.

During the meeting, representatives of both universities briefly introduced their institutions, training programs, transnational programs, academic activities, and occupations of students, especially focusing on exchange programs, scholarships, etc. Furthermore, BU representatives also mentioned Master and International programs of their institution.
As a result, HUTECH and BU aspired to cooperate in the future to explore possible opportunities in regard to exchange programs, thus creating an international environment in which all students could study and gain experiences. At the end of the discussions, BU representatives toured HUTECH Saigon Campus, taking note of its state-of-the-art facilities.
