On January 26, 2024, Vietnam - Japan Institute of Technology (VJIT) of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a meeting with Kanazawa Institute of Technology (KIT) and Japanese Kyouto Kogyo Gakuin High School.

Representatives included Mr. Kugo Kazunori - Director of International Cooperation of Kanazawa Institute of Technology, Mr. Taniguchi Masatomo - Vice Principal of Kyouto Kogyo Gakuin High School, Mr. Matsuda Takumi - Teacher of Kyouto Kogyo Gakuin High School, and Mr. Waki Daisuke - Staff of International Cooperation Department of Kyouto Kogyo Gakuin High School.

For VJIT representatives, there were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Senior Vice Director, Dr. Ha Minh Tuan - Vice Director, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh - Director of the Center for Project Design & Innovation.
In the course of the meeting, all representatives mentioned their training programs, international cooperation programs, future cooperation plans, outstanding international exchange activities, and achievements of students. In addition, they also discussed the Design Thinking course and their desire to have potential opportunities for cooperation and student exchange, thus attracting Japanese students to study and experience learning at HUTECH.
