On the 13th of June, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HUTECH) worked with the Sichuan Vocational College of Information and Technology – SVCIT (China) to discuss cooperative goals in training programs, which can offer students intriguing opportunities to study and exchange.
SVCIT delegation includes Prof. Han Peng – President, Mr. Yin Cuntao – Dean of the School of Intelligent Control, Mr. Xu Changchun – Manager of Bozhon Precision Industry Technology Co. Ltd., Ms. Betty Li – International Project Manager of Go Study Global Education, Ms. Jin Hongji – Lecturer, Mr. Li Liangliang – Lecturer.
The representatives of HUTECH include Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong – Vice Director of the Institute of International Education, Dr. Kieu Thi Van Anh – Dean of the Faculty of Chinese Studies, Dr. Huynh Quoc Bao – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology.

SVCIT highlighted the university's development orientation, with engineering and information technology as the two key fields, and stated a willingness to collaborate with HUTECH in the aforementioned majors. Representatives from two universities addressed the possibility of promoting student exchange programs, which allow students to gain information and experience the lives of international learners.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam stated that the ability to engage and collaborate with SVCIT is a positive condition for developing vocational training that fulfills society's requirements. At the same time, the signing of the MoU with Chinese enterprises is highly encouraged due to the development of future job and internship opportunities for HUTECH students.

The liaison between SVCIT and HUTECH promises to provide students with interesting and practical learning experiences, and foreign study options, enhance professional skills, and prepare them for a career in modern information technology.
SCVIT visited the Thu Duc campus on 12th of June and participated in the “Wisdom of the future: Intelligent Manufacturing” workshop presented by Mr. Li Liangliang as the speaker. The workshop gave an overview of modern technology and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology (SVCIT) was established in 1976 and is one of China's national high-level technical workforce training schools. SVCIT has over 10,000 students and 603 employees, offering 35 training majors. SVCIT concentrates on growing technological subjects, with electronic information being the most prominent in its specialized structure.
