Recently, the Institute of International Education - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sigma University (India), marking a significant milestone in expanding opportunities for students to develop practical skills, knowledge, and learning experiences.
