Celebrating the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2025), while also supporting the 2025 National "Ao Dai Week" and the 11th Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival, this morning (March 7), female faculty and staff of HUTECH proudly donned elegant Ao Dai and enthusiastically participated in HUTECH Ao Dai Day.
At the event, HUTECH’s female faculty and staff showcased a vibrant array of Ao Dai, honoring the traditional beauty of Vietnamese women. They also took part in an impressive fashion showcase, exuding grace, elegance, and pride in wearing the Ao Dai – Vietnamese traditional attire.

Alongside the lively activities, the university’s labor union presented the "Excellent at Work, Devoted at Home" award to female faculty and staff who have excelled both professionally and personally. This recognition honors their dedication and ability to balance teaching, research, and family responsibilities.

A highlight of the event was the Ao Dai donation, which saw enthusiastic participation from faculty and staff. Through this initiative, they donated Ao Dai fabrics to the organizing committee to be gifted to those in need, spreading a spirit of generosity and community support. Beyond its profound humanitarian significance, this activity also reflects HUTECH faculty and staff’s commitment to preserving and promoting Vietnam’s cultural heritage.
