The meeting began with Dr. Nguyen Hong Nhung, Vice Director of the Institute of International Education, presenting an overview of HUTECH’s international education strategy. She highlighted the university’s notable achievements in academic program development, active international collaborations, and its extensive global network of academic partners. These accomplishments, she noted, provide a solid foundation for further integrating HUTECH into the global higher education community.

Following this, Mr. Tran Quang Sau, ABE’s Country Manager in Vietnam, introduced ABE’s portfolio of academic programs, which focus on business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Designed to meet UK quality standards, these programs are globally recognized. He also proposed specific models for collaboration, including the delivery of ABE programs directly at HUTECH as part of a pathway to international certification. This approach would expand students’ access to global education standards and enhance their professional prospects.

During the strategic discussion, Prof. Dr. Le Van Canh, Vice President of HUTECH, and Mr. Suren Verma, Regional Director for Southeast Asia & Pacific of ABE, engaged in a substantive dialogue on the potential for collaboration between the two institutions in developing flexible, practical academic programs aligned with global trends in education. Both sides reached a strong consensus on a sustainable development approach that places students at the center, aiming to enhance their professional competencies, global thinking skills, and adaptability in international working environments. The agreement holds strong potential for establishing enduring partnerships and advancing the development of a workforce with international expertise.
