On June 30, the Institute of Health Sciences at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) welcomed and worked with a delegation from the Japan-Asia Medical Welfare Education Institute (JAMWEI) to exchange ideas and discuss directions for joint academic programs, internships, and international experiences for students.

Speaking at the meeting, Prof. Dr. Le Van Canh – Vice President of HUTECH – expressed his pleasure in receiving the delegation from JAMWEI and emphasized the importance of expanding international educational cooperation in the health sciences sector, one of the key areas HUTECH is actively developing.

The two sides discussed several concrete areas for cooperation
Mr. Yoshino Masayoshi – President of JAMWEI – shared the institute’s future cooperation directions with HUTECH, including the implementation of joint programs, internships, short-term courses, and international student support initiatives. He also affirmed strong support for the partnership with HUTECH, with the expectation that it will yield practical outcomes in teaching, research, and international learning opportunities for students.
