During the meeting, the two sides discussed in depth the potential for training cooperation in strong fields such as multimedia communication, design, and other creative technology disciplines. Notably, SAE University College representatives introduced a bachelor’s degree pathway that can be completed in just two years, designed with a high proportion of practical learning. This model offers HUTECH students the opportunity to experience an international learning environment in a shorter time frame, significantly reducing tuition and living costs while allowing them to begin their careers earlier.
HUTECH representatives included Dr. Ly Thien Trang - Vice President; Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong - Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations and Project Management; and Ms. Phan Ngoc Tam Dan - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Communication and Design
SAE University College representatives included Ms. Jenna Schiller - Head of Partnership; Dr. Magali McDuffie - Manager, Education Partnerships; Ms. Trinh-Trinh - Education Manager, Australian Consulate-General; and Ms. Bao Anh - Student Recruitment Manager at Navitas Group
HUTECH and SAE also discussed organizing student and faculty exchange initiatives as well as study tours, enabling students to not only gain academic knowledge but also gain hands-on experience, explore culture, and learn about working environments abroad. These opportunities will be valuable for enhancing foreign language proficiency, soft skills, and global integration capabilities.

Another promising direction for cooperation that drew much attention was organizing interdisciplinary online competitions. These events would bring together students from diverse fields such as film, communication, and the arts to collaborate on creative projects. Such cross-disciplinary cooperation promises to produce unique products with high practical value, fostering innovation, creative thinking, and effective teamwork skills.
The meeting opened many prospects for cooperation, enhancing students’ international integration opportunities
The working session opened new avenues for collaboration between HUTECH and SAE University College, contributing to diversifying learning opportunities, improving teaching quality, and creating an internationally integrated learning environment for students.
