VKIT students of HUTECH learned about Robotics technology

On April 25th, the Vietnam – Korea Institute of Technology (VKIT) – Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a workshop “Discovering the Robotics Technology”, which attracted many students of Automotive Engineering Technology.
Mr. Pham Nguyen Khang, Director of Meta Square Company Limited, was the speaker. Mr. Nguyen Van Ban, Head of VKIT Automotive Technology Major, represented HUTECH during the workshop.

At the start of the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Ban informed the students about the planned internships in automotive manufacturing. The internship aims to provide students with an overview of the major, better understand the labor market, apply theory into practice, and orientate their study for the future. Mr. Nguyen also told students to pay attention to the labor safety principles.

During the workshop, speaker Pham Nguyen Khang introduced an overview of robotics. The speaker's presentation covered a wide range of topics, including AI robots, how to connect robots and IoT (Internet of Things) to build a smart environment, and new technological developments such as robotics, sensor technology, programming technology, etc. The speaker also provided students with detailed information on the upcoming contest for the Automotive Engineering Technology major.

The workshop helps students gain more useful knowledge to help shape their future careers
The workshop provided VKIT Automotive Engineering Technology students with an expanded knowledge of the technological advances that are impacting the Robotics industry today. Furthermore, the workshop provides students with additional useful information about the industry, increasing their determination to plan solid coursework and further develop themselves in the future.
