Aureole offers practical experience for Japanese Studies students

On August 6, students from the Faculty of Japanese Studies at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) visited Aureole Construction Software Development Inc. to gain valuable insights into current software application trends in the construction sector and experience the real working environment.
Joining the students on this trip were Ms. Doan Thi Minh Nguyen, Vice Dean of the Faculty, along with other lecturers. The Aureole representatives who welcomed the delegation included Mr. Tran Thanh Dan, Deputy General Director; Ms. Cao Thi Minh Ha, Executive Director; Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Nha, HR Specialist; and staff from the human resources and engineering departments.

During the visit, students had the chance to tour various departments within the company, gaining insights into the working procedure and the features of different job roles. Experts also shared general information about the company, its corporate culture, the actual working environment, and some professional skills with the students.

HUTECH students also learned about the company's activities, internship programs for Japanese students, career opportunities, and current job openings. The company also answered questions about the industry, workplace challenges, and development opportunities. These insights provided students with a better understanding of their potential career paths, helping them prepare their knowledge and skills to become valuable assets for future employers.
Japanese Studies students gain experiences during their field trip
Regular field trips to enterprises provide students with useful knowledge and a glimpse into an actual work environment. This experience gave them confidence when applying for their desired jobs.
