In a deeper discussion, Ms. Tuyet Trinh highlighted several groundbreaking technologies reshaping the event industry today. First was LED screen technology, known for its sharp, high-resolution displays and flexible sizing and shaping capabilities. This technology optimizes stage design for various spaces, from indoor halls to large-scale outdoor venues. Through real-world examples, students could clearly visualize how LED creates powerful visual effects across diverse stage setups.

Next was projection mapping - a technique using light and imagery to project 3D effects onto surfaces like walls, floors, or building facades. This technology is widely used in light festivals, artistic performances, and product launches, bringing physical spaces to life with captivating and emotionally rich visual experiences.

Many valuable insights were shared with the students

Another highlight was indoor drone technology - a system of pre-programmed mini flycams that follow fixed flight paths, synchronized seamlessly with sound and lighting. Drone performances not only add novelty but also showcase the creativity and professionalism of event organizers.

Beyond applied technologies, Ms. Trinh also introduced the professional event organization process, from ideation and content design to planning, technical execution, and program operations. Each phase requires close collaboration among teams: creative, technical, logistics, and overall coordination. She encouraged students to build a strong knowledge foundation, develop teamwork skills, and cultivate adaptability to keep pace with rapid technological changes - especially in a fast-evolving industry like event management.

Additionally, the students had the chance to tour the design studio - where stage concepts come to life, the 3D printing workshop for event models and props, and the equipment warehouse stocked with hundreds of specialized tools like sound systems, lighting, and stage frameworks. This hands-on experience not only deepened their understanding of professional event production but also gave them direct exposure to the tools and equipment every event organizer must master.
