
With the theme “Regional Cuisine with U.S. Chicken”, 12 teams from universities and training institutions across the country researched and prepared two dishes—an appetizer and a main course, both featuring U.S. chicken as the main ingredient. All entries were beautifully presented with refined flavors, reflecting the meticulous preparation and creativity of the contestants. The dishes showcased a rich variety of flavors—familiar yet refreshingly innovative and unique.

After 75 minutes of preparation and presentation, Cao Thi Kim Lanh and Nguyen Vinh Ngon, students from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management – HUTECH, impressively earned the Runner-up title with two highly creative dishes:
