Serving as the keynote speaker was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thai Van Nam – Director of the Institute of Graduate Studies. During the program, he delivered an in-depth presentation analyzing the differences between various levels of education, from undergraduate to doctoral. According to him, clearly identifying these distinctions is a crucial foundation for developing an effective postgraduate training program with well-defined learning outcomes. He also emphasized the importance of the three domains of learning outcomes – “Knowledge,” “Attitude,” and “Skills” – highlighting that a positive attitude is the key factor in achieving success.

Especially, he shared 21 diverse teaching and learning methods grouped into categories such as career orientation activities, theoretical teaching and learning, practical teaching and learning, self-study (including online platforms, AI, ChatGPT, etc.), scientific research activities (research projects), internship and graduation-related activities, real-world practice (real combat), and community service activities. The flexible combination of these skills and methods promises to deliver effective and comprehensive learning experiences.
