Serving as the keynote speaker was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thai Van Nam – Director of the Institute of Graduate Studies. During the program, he delivered an in-depth presentation analyzing the differences between various levels of education, from undergraduate to doctoral. According to him, clearly identifying these distinctions is a crucial foundation for developing an effective postgraduate training program with well-defined learning outcomes. He also emphasized the importance of the three domains of learning outcomes – “Knowledge,” “Attitude,” and “Skills” – highlighting that a positive attitude is the key factor in achieving success.
