This year's award was organized by Saigon Businessman Newspaper in collaboration with Saigon Businessman Club, Ho Chi Minh City Food Association and Startup Vietnam Foundation. The 9th season of the contest is titled "Value chain of agriculture and the industry of processing agricultural products", with the purpose to find start-up initiatives in agriculture and food processing with bright innovative and creative direction. The Final Round took place in the morning of January 3rd at Rex Hotel (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

The "FOW Smart Trash" project focuses on a garbage bin product. This invention can compact the waste into a dry, cake-mold shape and can be kept for 2-3 days without smelling. It is suitable for use in restaurants, hotels, apartments, small families, etc. Convenient and beautiful design is also a plus for this trash bin to be put in the house just like a normal furniture.
