The Faculty of Accounting - Finance - Banking wins the women's volleyball student championship with a convincing performance

On April 5, 2017, the students of the Faculty of Accounting - Finance - Banking won the final match to be crowned the champion in women’s volleyball as part of the Student Sports Fest organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
Facing the Faculty of Pharmacy in the gold-medal match, the students of the Faculty of Accounting - Finance - Banking displayed an outstanding performance full of power, bravery and confidence to win over their opponent in two consecutive sets with the score of 25 - 19 and 25 - 15.
As the defending champion, the Faculty of Accounting - Finance - Banking showed absolute strength in the qualifying rounds as the team succeeded in not losing any single set. Meanwhile, the Faculty of Pharmacy was considered the “dark horse” of the tournament when their debut appearance in the tournament. The rookie team had an impressive performance by winning against strong opponents such as the Faculty of Business Administration and the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
