Course registration for Semester 1 of the 2021-2021 academic year will start on June 26

The Office of Academic Services and Testing, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) has announced the official timeline for course registration and tuition fee payment for Semester 1 of the 2021-2022 academic year.
The first registration period will start on June 26, 2021
Course registration process
The Office of Academic Services and Testing will automatically register students for required classes. Students can choose to register for elective courses by following these steps:
- Students can check the course schedules published at the website http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn/ in the Course Schedule section and remember the course group code.
- Students can register for courses online at http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn/ by logging into their personal account according to the following syntax:

| Account name: student ID number Default password: the student ID number followed by the last two digits of their birth year (for students who access their account for the first time) For example: Nguyen Van A, who was born in 2002, has his student ID number as 2011700095. Thus, the default password (first time log in) will be 201170009502. |

>>> Register for Upper Divison courses: Students must check out the requirements outlined in the Training Program Curriculum and Course Equivalent Portfolio and register online within the official registration period.

Canceling course registration
From July 26 to August 5, 2021, students are allowed to cancel their course registrations by sending an email following the instructions provided on the registration page.
Course withdrawal
Between September 6 - 26, 2021, students can withdraw their registration by sending an email following the instructions provided on the registration page.
Tuition fee payment timelines
>>> From July 20 to July 23, 2021, students can make adjustments to canceled elective classes and supplementary registration online.
>>> Register for Upper Divison courses: Students must check out the requirements outlined in the Training Program Curriculum and Course Equivalent Portfolio and register online within the official registration period.

From July 26 to August 5, 2021, students are allowed to cancel their course registrations by sending an email following the instructions provided on the registration page.

Between September 6 - 26, 2021, students can withdraw their registration by sending an email following the instructions provided on the registration page.
Tuition fee payment timelines
| Semester Tuition = Principal Course Tuition + Course Repeat Tuition + Excess/ Upper Divison Course Tuition |
Starting on July 26, 2021, students can view the tuition fees from their accounts.
From July 26 to August 6, 2021, all students complete tuition fees payments by cash or via bank transfer.
