Collaboration between HUTECH and the Korea-Vietnam Culture Communication Center (KCCC)

On July 12th, the Vietnam - Korea Institute of Technology (VKIT) of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) worked with the Korea - Vietnam Culture Communication Centre (KCCC) to organize the DB Dream Leader Scholarship for students.
Representatives of KCCC at the meeting were Mr. Joung Jiyong - Director of KCCC, and Ms. Bui Diep Anh - Manager of KCCC.
HUTECH representatives were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Dinh Nguyen - Vice President and Director of VKIT; Ms. Won Kwi Jeong - Vice Director; Ms. Thai Minh Phuong - Vice Director.

At the meeting, each institution introduced their specialties. VKIT also presented the training program to the partner.
Both organizations have implemented cooperation on DB Dream Leader scholarships. This scholarship is for third-year students who meet the academic criteria and adequately participate in extracurricular organized by KCCC.
Accordingly, KCCC will sponsor 25 scholarships worth 100% of tuition fees within 2 years for HUTECH students. In addition, students also might have the opportunity to study in Korea.
Besides DB Dream Leader scholarship, other potential opportunities are also expected after the meeting
The meeting facilitated collaboration and development between the two organizations, providing HUTECH students with multiple learning and training opportunities toward global integration.
